A Brief History

Our founder, John Dalpiaz, grew up in Northwest Montana downhill skiing, hiking, fishing and living to be in the outdoors.

Flathead Threads was started with creating a unique topography concept map design of Flathead Lake, a place that symbolizes spirit and adventure. We realized we were on to something and started a booth at the Polson Farmers Market selling, them in the back of his car.

Since then we aspired to find quality products, offering those to our customers at our farmers markets, art festivals, vendors and online.

We have continued to hear feedback in creating products that you can wear for your everyday life pursuing eco-friendly suppliers and supporting local businesses.
