Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition. Because we often produce in small, limited runs, we may not always have the size you are looking for, so in some cases, a return/refund may be necessary.

Please pack the item back in its original packaging and mail it to the address below - include a note with your name, email, purchase date, place of purchase, and the size/color of the item you’d like in exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Please only mail to the address above and do not use the return address on the original shipment.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for items in new and unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days. Please email us at info@flatheadthreads.com We can only refund the cost of the items and not the cost of shipping. Unauthorized returns may be subject to restocking fees or may not be refunded.

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We do our best to process all returns and exchanges in a timely manner. Usually this takes up to one week after we receive the item in our office. During busy periods, it can take a bit longer. How do I return or exchange a gift?

If the item is in new condition and unused with original packaging and tags, we can return or exchange it. Email us at info@flatheadthreads.com with the name of the person who gave you the gift and we’ll look up the original order.
